Understanding the tables:
“Use classifications” identify broad general classifications of land use and include:
agricultural uses
residential uses
public, civic, and recreational uses
commercial uses
industrial uses
miscellaneous uses
Scroll down to view the desired classification table.
Specific use types identify the specific principal uses that fall within each use classification.
- Column 1 on the table identifies specific use types.
- Columns 2-14 are the different zones.*
- Column 15 references where to get more clarification.
Find the specific use and follow the line to the zone.
“P” – permitted
“SUP” – requires a special use permit
If the box is empty, it is not permitted.
If a desired use is not listed and “The Administrator” cannot identify a similar use, then the desired use is prohibited.
Under each table are buttons that will provide more information on each use for that classification.
