1 – downloading and printing the form below, fill it out and mail it in with your check or money order.

OR – 

2 – Send a message through our contact form stating what you want, and Venmo or Cash App the total to us with your name and “t-shirt order” in the what’s it for box.

For ease of ordering:

Tax on each shirt is $1.33. Shipping anywhere in Franklin County is free (hand-delivered).

Outside of the county, there is a flat rate of $8.00 to be mailed USPS.
