Supervisors have families and friends. Supervisors have business affiliates. Sometimes, Supervisors sit on other boards.
Sometimes those families, friends, business associates, and affiliated board members become involved in county business or county contracts.
To some extent, this is to be expected, but when does it cross the line and become a conflict of interest?
