The Planning Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 9, at 6:00 pm. After all scheduled business was concluded, a preliminary discussion of the draft zoning ordinance began.
No decisions were made, but the conversation sounded promising.

The attached analysis (somewhat technical) looks at how Article 7 (Use standards) of the new proposed zoning ordinance affects the structure and intent of zoning regulations.
